Rör ägg och socker
Blanda i potatisen
Mal havregryn ihop med mandlarna.
Blanda ned mjöl och bakpulver.
Häll allt i äggsmeten
Blanda väl och häll i en smord bröad form.
Skala äpplena, skär dem i klyftor som vänds i blandning med socker och kanel.
Stick ned klyftorna i smeten och strö över resten av kanelblandningen.
Grädda i 175 gr i ca 55 min
